Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets are a professional basketball team based in Houston, Texas. They are a member of the Western Conference Southwest Division in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Founded in 1967, the team initially played in San Diego before relocating to Houston in 1971. The Rockets are known for their distinctive red, white, and black team colors and their high-scoring style of play, particularly during their championship years in the mid-1990s. They won two consecutive NBA championships in 1994 and 1995, led by Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon.
